beauty of dance.

Dance Central’s main focus is to develop the abilities of young dancers in styles from contemporary, jazz, hip hop and tap to classical ballet. We also cater for people who simply love dance through participation in fun dance groups for all ages from toddlers to adults.

Dance Central also offers curriculum designed to extend the core skill of dance into areas of music and drama, aiming to produce the well-rounded performer. This gives young dancers wanting to dance professionally a head start to audition for study at tertiary level or to work on the stage.

Children benefit from creative expression during their childhood. Dance helps develop their confidence, coordination, concentration and the ability for self-discipline

People love to dance. There is an African saying “If you can walk you can dance, If you can talk you can sing” This sums up what Dance Central is all about.

At Dance Central we know the importance of sharing fun activities with your children. Watching them grow and learn through creative experiences such as dance, is a vital part of their development.

Our aim is to give our students more regular performance opportunities and experiences to work with a range of arts professionals.

We offer music theatre classes that combine the abilities to act, sing and dance together in a performance setting.

Dance Central has affiliated studios in Kingsthorpe and Crows Nest.  Our Toowoomba Studio is located at 3 Taylor Street Toowoomba, and our postal address is PO Box 1939 Toowoomba 4350
