Dear Parents

 

Open days for the term commence on are Wednesday 16 March, Friday 18 March through to Tuesday 22 March and Thursday 24 March.  Please take advantage of these and come along to watch your child’s achievements over the term.

 

I am making final arrangements for the June/July vacation school.  If you would like your child to attend please fill in the form below and return it to me as soon as possible.  The final faculty for are still to be decided, but rest assured that the teachers will be of a very high standard.  Miss Benita Whalley has agreed to take the Major classes and repertoire.  I hope that you take the opportunity to allow your child to participate in the school.  Could you please note that if your child is in Grade 1 or higher and you wish her to sit for a RAD examination or assessment this year, then this school is compulsory.  If this is a problem, please see Miss Vallette

 

We have workshops coming up with Raw Metal on the 23 March.  The cost at present is $30 per class per student.  If I can get more than 10 students per class for this fantastic opportunity, then I will be able to reduce the cost accordingly.  Please take advantage of this if you pssobly can.

 

The Australian Ballet School is holding masterclasses in Brisbane between the 13 June and 1 July.  Cost for these classes is $50 per session and is open to students aged between 10 and 15 years.  If you are interested, please see me as I will be putting in applications for this next month.

 

We are currently looking at a new studio premises.  Please rest assured that we will keep you all informed if there is any “breaking news”!!
