TERM 4 NEWSLETTER - Hope that you all had a happy and safe holiday and that you are all ready to go for the final term of the year
DATE CLAIMERS
Monday 14 – Saturday 19 November Costume viewing week.
All costumes to be ready by this date. Costumes will be checked and any final instructions issued this week Headdresses will also be given out this week.
Friday 2 December Dress rehearsal at Empire Theatre
Time will be advised at a later date
Saturday 3 December Cinderella EmpireTheatre 1 pm and 7 pm
Sunday 4 December Break up party at Studio
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE is posted on the board at the studio. Please ensure that you check it regularly as it is your responsibility to be at all rehearsals this term as required. If you have any questions, please check with your class teacher This applies to all students at all levels of the school.

ATTENDANCE at rehearsals is vital this term, as I am setting the performance.
COSTUME QUERIES should where possible be directed to Mrs Tania Crust on 0418 784 179. Costumes for Primary ballet and Preschool ballet are hire costumes, and will be given to the students at the Empire and collected from them after the show.
MATINEE/EVENING PERFORMANCE All students except Tinies Jazz, Level 1 Jazz, Preschool Ballet, Pre Primary Ballet and Primary Ballet are in BOTH performances. For these lower levels listed, please see the notice board for a list of which performance your child is to perform in.
FINAL PERFORMANCE NOTES will be issued in November. This will give you all the information that you should need regarding makeup, hair, rehearsal times at the Empire, where to pick up, drop off etc.
MRS JENNY YOUNG will not be teaching this term, at least in the early stages of term due to illness. We are all thinking of her and looking forward to having her back with us.
EXAMINATION RESULTS will be issued as soon as they become available from the RAD and SFD.
NEW STUDIO is still in negotiation. We will let you know as soon as we have any news
REENROLMENT for 2006 is highly recommended. Enrolment forms will be given out in the last week of term 4
ACCOUNTS Must be settled within four weeks of term. Please note that these accounts are in the pigeon holes in the main foyer.
TICKETS FOR CINDERELLA are now on sale at the Empire Theatre. Please do not purchase a ticket for your child as they remain backstage for the entire performance
ADVERTISING in the programme will close on Monday 7 November. If you would like to book a space, please see Miss Vallette to arrange this. Cost $60 half page $40 quarter page.
