Welcome back to term 3. 

Vacation School held in the school holidays was very successful.  I hope that everyone enjoyed their time with Miss Elissa Mrs P Miss Caroline and myself.  I know that we all worked very hard and I would like to thank those who gave up their precious holiday time to come and dance with us

EXAMINATIONS Dates for RAD graded examinations have been posted on the board at the studio.  Please make a note of your child’s arrival time and examination time. 

Drama Classes recommence on Saturday 29 July and will run until Saturday 2 September.  Due to RAD examinations Drama Classes will not be held on Saturday 19 August.

Temporary alteration to class times will be necessary for all students whose classes fall before 5.30pm on Thursday 18, Friday 19 and Monday 21 August.  These classes will be rescheduled for Saturday 19 August in Studio 3.  Timetables will be given to those students who are affected by this change.

Congratulations to Mr Gabe who was awarded a scholarship at  Dance World 301 for their upcoming Summer School in 2007

to Sarah Pascoe who has got through to the second round of auditions for the Australian Ballet School

to our performance companies Velocity and Dinomites and all students who participated in the recent eisteddfod performances at Ipswich

Fundraising money is still coming in from the chocolate drive.  Just over $3000 was raised which will be put towards a new dance floor (tarkett) for studio 1.  This has been priced at over $10,000

CAST LIST ANNOUNCEMENTS will be posted immediately after the ballet exams in August

AUDITIONS will be held for the roles of Jane and Michael Banks for Mary Poppins on Saturday 2 September from 9am – 10am.  Please see audition criteria on notice board
